Processing and Shipping
Please read any additional details within your specific item's description as well as the below standard policies.
Tracking and insurance will be provided for all purchases. In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged, immediately take a photo of the box and the damaged item and contact me within 48 hours. Do not throw any packing material away. This info is needed to start the insurance claim process so you can be refunded. Every effort is made to safely and securely package breakable items!
Standard Orders
Standard orders will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.
Pre-Orders
Processing times on pre-order items are listed on the item description with standard processing time being 1-2 weeks.
Custom Orders
If you have commissioned a custom order, processing time will be determined by factors including number of items, intricacy of design, and medium, and will be discussed and agreed upon prior to order placement.
International Shipping
Any additional fees, charges, taxes, or duties are completely out of my control. I accept no responsibility for the knowledge of these charges and will not reimburse you for them. Since these fees are not always applied and vary for every country, please look into these prior to purchasing.
